The world of tomorrow is digital – we have seen this particularly in the recent
The past has clearly been felt. And our children are also increasingly growing up in a digitalized world. But how can preschool children be responsibly introduced to digital learning so that they can find their way in the world of tomorrow?

We are Franziska and Irene, the two founders of EDURINO. We want to open a new chapter in digital education. Our mission: hands-on digital learning.

Over the course of several months, we develop educational games with relevant characters for each topic area, together with a team of educators, elementary school teachers, and other experts. Each game is embedded in an exciting story and lays the foundation for responsible use of digital media. The results are then assessed by preschool children from our partner kindergartens. Our young testers are critical—and that's a good thing. This is the only way we can develop games that are not only educationally valuable but also fun!

In addition to traditional school skills like reading and writing (learned with Mika the fox) and numeracy (with Robin the raccoon), we believe it's important to develop future skills. Because our children need 21st-century skills: creativity and problem-solving skills, for example, so they can actively shape the world of tomorrow. We also place particular importance on breaking down common gender stereotypes. All characters are identifiable as male or female. Girls and boys should be equally interested in STEM or creative topics and be free to decide who they want to be in the EDURINO world.

We are looking forward to a digital journey,
Franziska & Irene
